Black lash studio was founded in 2012 by Utah born Cosmetologist/Entrepreneur Alicia Mendoza. Beginning her career in Newport, Rhode Island. Alicia is Novalash Advanced Trained American Volume Artist and has certification in the Novalash basic and advanced course. Alicia is a career cosmetologist holding two licenses in Utah and Rhode Island.
